Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Green Haven by Zo & Staci, we value your time and ours. To ensure fairness and maintain our scheduling, the following policies apply:

Deposit Policy: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost. Deposits help us reserve your spot and prevent last-minute cancellations.

Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules.

Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may forfeit their deposit or be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.

No-Shows: If we arrive and cannot access the property or are turned away, a full service fee may apply.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds after services have been completed. However, if you are unsatisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will return to address any missed areas at no additional cost (within reason).
