Our Service Commitment
We pride ourselves on delivering a refined, detail-oriented cleaning experience. Each service is performed with care and professionalism; however, results may vary depending on the condition of the home, surfaces, and materials.

 

Booking & Cancellations

To provide a seamless and thoughtfully reserved experience, full payment is required in advance to secure your appointment, and bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. While we strive to remain as accommodating as possible, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Adjustments made within less than 24 hours will incur a 50% service fee, and missed appointments or failure to provide access to the home will be considered a same-day cancellation. We appreciate your understanding, as this allows us to maintain the highest level of service for all of our clients.
