By booking a cleaning with Green Haven by Zo & Staci, you agree to the following terms:

2. Payment: Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of future services.

3. Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Safety: We do not clean hazardous areas or handle biohazards, pest infestations, or heavy lifting beyond safety limits.

5. Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address the issue promptly.

6. Valuables: We ask that valuables and personal items be safely stored away prior to cleaning. We are not responsible for items not properly secured.
