To ensure a safe, efficient, and elevated cleaning experience, clients are responsible for providing timely and unobstructed access to the home, as well as ensuring that surfaces are reasonably cleared to allow for thorough service. Pets should be secured if they may interfere with the cleaning process. For the safety and well-being of both our clients and team, we do not service hazardous or unsafe environments, including but not limited to biohazards, pest infestations, or conditions that pose health risks, nor do we perform heavy lifting or tasks beyond reasonable physical limits. Any conditions falling outside the scope of standard cleaning will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. While we treat every home with the utmost care and respect, we kindly ask that all valuables, fragile items, and personal belongings are properly secured prior to service, as Green Haven by Zo & Staci cannot be held liable for items that are not disclosed or safely stored. Any pre-existing damage must be communicated before the start of service.
